David Duke came out in support of Trump, and everyone immediately attacked Trump for not thoroughly disavowing Duke.

The State of Mississippi enacts law to discriminate against homosexuals, and nary a peep asking Hillary to disavow the bigoted delegates

trombone *whaaaaaaa-whaaaaaa*

Try again. You don't disavow large groups, a state, or people about to vote for you. No. You disavow radical personalities and figure heads to make media splashes and drive groups of people your way.

What's good for the goose, is good for the gander. Except with Hillary and Trump

"If a woman breaks a law, should she be punished? ",,,,,"Yes."

OUTRAGE!!

It would be funny if she did and then the other guy got them but then he had to disavow them so they were like, alright, who the heck DO we vote for? lol

Good topic, though. Interesting stuff.

Isn't that what Hollywood, Disney, and many other prominent politicians such as the mayors of San Francisco and New York are doing to The state of North Carolina? Apparently this is an accepted new activist tactic! Didn't you get the progressive memo on it? You better watch it, Rew! They'll drum you out of the liberal crybaby committee for a lapse like this and might even get BLM to protest your forgetful ass!

Same reason Bernie won't disavow his Mississippi delegates. Also same reason that Bernie will go after superdelegates when he doesn't get a majority of the pledged delegates.

Why do you want to disenfranchise a whole state of people just because they live in a backwards area and the local representatives that they probably voted against are racist?

Hypocrisy is not a strength, disavow it, now!

Sounds like somebody's a little grumpy today! Just kidding.

But seriously you remind me of Mr. Alanador who lived next to us when I was a kid. That guy was mad at EVERYONE and EVERYTHING! Dad said stay away from him and boy did I. Mom said he was just unhappy and didn't know how to be happy and would always be sad. I think his wife had died and one of his kids killed herself but my mom said he was a grouch even before that.

Anyway, I'm sure you're not like him, but you do remind me of him. You don't look like him though. You look a lot younger.

YesYNot: But that's how we unify the country and start working on our national problems, right? (snicker) I think errc is following the school of Trump and mistakingly thinks Sanders or Clinton will do the same : shout broad accusations, at large groups of people based on little, and close it off with "loser".

errc : a whole state on same sex marriage rights != a former KKK Grand Dragon. Additionally, the people voting Clinton/Sanders in MISS are far more likely to be Homosexual themselves. Your Clinton hate has really cooked your brain. Think a little.

There isn't much difference if any there, it's just a one sided standard of blame Republicans whenever possible even if not relevant, but let Democrats get away with anything as they can do no wrong.

HRC just wrapped lengthy remarks in Brooklyn but isn't taking any questions at an event that was billed as a "town hall"

In other words, Hillary gonna Hillary. 120+ days plus since a press conference, in a highly contested Nomination Season.

So, in your world it should go, "Thank you Mississippi for your votes, but because I disagree strongly with a typically states right issues about how legislation that has been successful in overturning or diminishing rights of same sex couples in your state, I think every single citizen of the state of Mississippi is guilty or complicit in this (regardless of participation), and I am disavowing you as a state and people, and I cannot accept your votes or faith in me due this."

Versus a direct question to Trump about the support of David Duke in which he shirks, hedges, and finally then distances himself from a strongly xenophobic and racist character.

Let's put it this way, if you want to ask Hillary or Sanders about how they feel about the support of Mississippi ... you aren't automatically highlighting homosexual marriage as an issue. You'd have to further ask them to talk about the issue, and they would be happy to.

You see Trump does have to defend his stance on immigration and his broad generalizations about different segments of the American population. Hillary doesn't have to defend her stance on homosexual marriage, as it isn't a sore point with her. The republicans have made the major issue for her her email, and Sanders her donations and funding.
