Why is gas $2.50 a gallon?

A:Because Obama is in charge.

There was a a study earlier this week, saying how if Oil supply drops just 2% Gasoline would double.
There's no ryhme or reason for that other than pure greed speculations, and policy trying stir the rumor to growing legs and making is so.
Then another story I read, said regardless of a 2% drop we still have a glutenous oversupply that will take years to get rid of.
