Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump demanded that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg resign on Wednesday morning, aftershe criticized him in harsh terms several times over the past several days.

And just imagine if this were 2000 and the resolution of the election depended on a Supreme Court decision. Could anyone now argue with a straight face that Justice Ginsburg’s only guide would be the law?

This Woman clearly is shot and isn't firing on all cylindars. Unless we're all ready to forgo the legitimacy of the SCOTUS just because we're Orange Buthurt.

Good thing we won't have to worry about this since Trump will win by a comfortable margin.

This video is pretty much Hillary's campaign in action:

Ginsburg is tossing ethics aside and staining the independence of the judiciary because she understands what happened in the 1932 German election: butthurt demographics, feeling the loss of privilege, placed their group identity above the security and prosperity of their nation. Ginsburg knows how dangerous that can be.

If the system dies, there is no need to worry about the standards of the system.

Yes unfortunately I personally saw Liberal community organizers pick up busloads of convalescing Seniors that thought they were going to the Cracker barrel lunch buffet, bused into the Polls, too feeble to even punch the cards through, most didn't even really want to. It's a historical fact, most people in Old Folks homes and nursing homes feel that they their America has moved on. They normally don't have any preference in the elections. To roust these people out of bed and make them vote or they don't get free lunch buffet with everyone else. (Their intellect also digresses to that off a manipulable and exploitable Toddler.)

Then I saw rooms full of Partisan hacks pouring over those ballots that weren't meant to be reflective of any choice made by a sound capable body and trying to inject their own political preference into it.

I was there, I was never more proud of voting for Nader than that moment.

It's hard to imagine what might happen, considering that the congress has refused to consider or reject Garland's nomination. Maybe he should get a vote.

I propose that a sitting Supreme Court Justices should not have the right to vote, they are not allowed to make political commentary outside a real case they are presiding.
And they must have no Political affiliation.

They are the Supreme deciders in pretty much the world. They have no right intervening in a contest the people are presiding over, let alone voting in that contest.
