Russia just wants to be Russia, they don't have plans on world domination, that is bank busting.
Any country could dominate the world but it would destroy them trying to keep it. Look at the tiny little piss hole Afghanistan, they were the cause of the end of the USSR.
I think the Russians are "Agitating" the election for two or three reasons.

One To show America they got some mad hacking skills
Two because America the media and the gov, like to use Russia as whipping post
Three Because they would like our guard to change just as much America was glad to see Gorbachev go from office. If they can help facilitate changing the political tone in Washington by destroying a dynasty, then I'm sure they would be keen to do that. They are hoping and betting the next prez and the alternative to Hillary will be better than Obama.

Besides that our country is so fucked up now thanks to greedy self serving politicians the last 16 years. That our old Nemesis seems more reasonable on almost every issue that comes up.

Actually it does matter because there aren't enough lefties or righties. Every election in the past 16 years has been damn close. The electoral college may obfuscate this fact, but the popular vote, which can cause the electoral vote to swing wildly, reveals it.

This leak during the convention could seriously impact Hillary's electability. Again, it only makes sense for the super delegates to choose Bernie to avoid a Trump win.

I think you all know that I am a Sanders supporter, but party officials that support Hillary also have a right to work to support their preferred candidate. To say that party insiders "rigged the primary" is too strong a statement. Yes, superdelegates should not exist. Yes, cronyism inside the party is very bad.

But to fix the political system in the US and make it a democratic system, it is the election system that must be reformed, so that more than two parties are supported by the election process. There will never be any lasting reform until this happens.
