Straw Man says

BLM dude tries to walk in policeman's shoes, shoots unarmed dindonuffin.

So tell me, who the fuck is saying that in the video you posted the shooting would be criminal? No one. And how the fuck does the hypothetical situation you posted justify the very real and very different shooting and subsequent endangerment of a human life in the video I posted above?

You are making a straw man argument.

Tell me, how the fuck do you justify the real shooting of the innocent man in the above video? How do you justify the subsequent endangerment of that innocent man's life? How do you justify opposing bringing the police before an honest trial for the attempted murder of the man above?

Just because sometimes there are justified shootings does not mean we should ignore blatantly illegal, immoral, and despicable murder attempts and successful murders by criminal cops. Charles Kinsley was completely innocent, unarmed, cooperating, and clearly not a threat in any way shape or form. And he was shot THREE TIMES. Don't tell me the hypothetical situation in your video in any way justifies not prosecuting the police who shot Charles Kinsey or other unarmed, innocent people.

Go on, answer these questions. They aren't rhetorical.

Not making a judgement either way, but that's a very interesting exercise. Eye opening.

If Dan and Jazz took that test, they would have been shot a hundred times. :)

Translation: You have no answers to the questions I posed.

You tried to convince people that all the murders committed by cops were fair game because no human could possibly be expected not to shoot under the various circumstances filmed, but your hypothetical example is nothing like the various real examples caught on film that disprove your position. When confronted with evidence showing police shooting an unarmed and non-threatening, innocent, non-aggressive, and fully cooperating person, you simply make a snide remark and hope no one realizes that the real world examples are absolutely nothing like the guy in the staged example aggressively and quickly approaching the "officer". No, your staged example is not remotely like the shooting of Charles Kinsley or the sleeping nine-year-old girl or thousands of other examples.

So again, why the fuck should we not prosecute to the fullest extend of the law the cops who shot Charles Kinsley or the sleeping nine-year-old girl?

The second scenario is the hardest IMO. What do you do when a guy, probably weighs 270 pounds, starts charging you aggressively? Taser maybe?

It would be more interesting if they took a bunch of police trained in Europe and put them on the streets in the US to see if they shoot anyone.

Taking an untrained person and showing that they cannot competently pass some training tests is kind of a horse and pony show.

And it's perfectly understandable when police shoot a man under that circumstance. However, that doesn't justify the shooting of unarmed, cooperating people and those who are no threats whatsoever like Kinsey or the sleeping nine-year-old girl.

No one has ever proposed filing false charges against a cop. However, some sickos think that cops can commit any heinous crime and face no trial. That's ridiculous. A badge should not be a get-out-of-jail-free card.

Over 90% of cops committing crimes including obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence, and filing false reports to cover up the crimes of other cops most certainly constitutes the haystack. If even 10% of cops were honest, it would be impossible for crooked cops to get away with their crimes. A mere 10% of cops doing their job of arresting criminals when they see another cop commit a crime would clean up every police force in the country. The fact that this shit happens every fucking day and there are zero indictments, zero trials demonstrates that not even 10% of cops are honest. Change reality and then the perception of reality will change.

Scumbags like Call It Crazy are apologists for criminals and terrorists, plain and simple. They are just as bad as anyone defending ISIS and for the exact same reasons.

There are plenty of western European countries where cops are the good guys. There are plenty of countries from Russia to the Middle East to China to Africa where cops are thugs. The United States leans towards the latter and will continue to do so until people are willing to be honest about the problem.

Furthermore, protecting criminal and terrorist cops only endangers the lives of law-abiding cops as recent events have demonstrated. There is nothing patriotic or honorable about protecting criminal cops from the law.

Nah. Just shoot them. It's for their own good.
