Jake Sullivan has a Yale bachelors and JD degree and he writes drivel like this? He is one example of what is wrong with our country. And Nuland, too. Oh, brother.
Clinton was very proud of her Libyan Intervention, before the Benghazi incident, as well as the disastrous Civil War and the endless violence emerged from the Power Vaccum she created. Not to mention ruining the Russian Reset by lying to Medeved that the US/NATO was only interested in hunting down extremists, when the moment it began it was clear the US' main priority was eliminating secular dictator Ghaddafyi.
