Who knows? It could be a lot of things. The collapsing concerns me. The fact that she didn't go to a hospital is very odd. I'm convinced it's because she'd rather be dead (really) than have a record that disputes her statements about her good health.

The debates could make or break Trump. If he's seen as overbearing and not letting her (a woman) speak, he will give ammunition to the haters that he's trying to put a woman in her place.
If he did as he did during the commander in chief forum, it may not come across as assertive enough. I'd say he needs to let his better angels rule for the rest of this campaign, reaching out to include people and being respectful. His wishes for Hillary's health were the right direction. He's shown everyone that he can be a giant dick. Now he needs to show that he can also behave with class. If he can pull that off, the undecideds will join him and that will be that.

People decide to die.

For what ever reason they quit creating their life. Often a spouse passes and the other spouse passes soon after. Or they don't want to face the music for their transgressions, someone like Dick Cheney or FDR or Nixon or LBJ or Hillary Clinton.
