Obama used a private email address, Wikileaks releases his emails

Last time I checked Obama was inaugurated Jan 20th 2009. In 2008 he was a senator not president. Senator obama was not subject to the federal records act, which congress exempted itself from. He was not required to archive his correspondence. So Obama could use any email address, private or government, he wanted. Nothing secret about it.

Reporters (and posters) should at least try to know something about what they are writing about. But on the other hand it is zero hedge.

The email leaks are part of a supposed series. The last day of today's leak is November 4 2018 two days before the election. We'll see how long the email account was in use as the emails are leaked
