When the illegal falls off the roof or busts his back doing landscaping off the books, who pays? His under the table employer or the City/County/State?

PS Looks like we can cut taxes wayyyy back, if the sales taxes and various small fees paid by minimum wage illegals cover all of the services they use from Bus Subsidies to ER Visits.

I paid big-time taxes when I was working in the UK. But I also did it the legal way. Work Visa, etc.

When I was working in the SFBA, one of our ER Nurses once told me that whole families of illegals would come into the Emergency Room for basic healthcare. By California law, the hospital had to treat them for free.
