Yesterday, Comcast in Silicon Valley was crawling at <& 1Mbps speeds, and many times not working at all. It did not improve until sometime between 18:00 and 22:00 last night. Anyone else affected?

For those non IT-savvy ppl on here. It's almost impossible to trace the source of a hack. And EVEN if you got lucky and there was a forensic trace, it would take days or weeks to be absolutely sure.
