Vice President-elect Mike Pence is going to court to prevent his emails from being released to the public, the Indianapolis Star reported Monday. The news comes after president-elect Donald Trump and Pence attacked political opponent Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail for her use of a private email system while serving as secretary of state.
Trump openly suggested Russian hackers should release other emails that Clinton purportedly deleted because they were personal in nature. During the vice-presidential debate, Pence said his military son would be court-martialed if he "handled classified information the way Hillary Clinton did." And in late October, Pence went on "Meet the Press" and asked why Clinton senior aide Huma Abedin had not released emails that were under FBI scrutiny.
Despite all of this, Pence is pushing for an email he sent as the governor of Indiana to remain hidden. He is seeking in court to prevent a message he sent about blocking an executive action on immigration from President Barack Obama. The message is being sought by a Democratic labor lawyer and the case could set a precedent for limiting what American citizens have a right to know.

"No one, not even Bernie Sanders, gives a damn about Mike Pence's emails!"
Can you hear the fear in Rep/Con/Tea voices?
Reminder folks you can only get impeached for things you do while in office.
Why donchyall just ask Assange for the missing emails. He really is a pac rat.
So he's doing it through legal means. Good for him.
