If Democrats cared about helping Muslims, then Democrats would be trying to help Muslims recover from the charlatan Mohamed's hateful fraud, rather than celebrating and spreading it.

If you believe we should import Muslims' doctrine here, then you ought to be able to name at least a few Muslim countries as models of success. Islam is a simplified and universalized form of Judaism, with Mohammed and his exemplary life of warfare, murder, and rape added on for all to imitate.

While Judaism is indeed largely about taking over the land of Israel by force if necessary, Islam expanded that target to the whole world.

Jesus himself was a Jew, but expanded the Jewish commandment to "love your neighbor as yourself" to the whole world. Before Jesus, that particular phrase was used by Moses, but was understood to apply only to fellow Jews. So Christianity was also a universalized form of Judaism, but Jesus was very different from Mohammed. Jesus killed and raped no one at all. Much better example.
