I am going to write my 2017 Housing & Economic Predictions on my 20 hour flight to the Maldives Island tomorrow :-)
Once I get the conference video I can show that for you guys on the future of home prices.. but will comment on that with the prediction article

More that just home prices but yes inventory is still too low for prices to fall...
You will like the panel I was on in the conference, everyone had their own model for prices and data sets

What to always remember with home prices is that you have to look at the real prices, not the nominal prices
