My thought too. Everybody but the secretaries is a VP there.

Haha, I was about to to say the same. One person who used to work for me got a position as a vP in the bank and I was like how did that happen. Apparently VP there means a lot different. In my world a director is like a director of Homeland security-you need to have an army under you.
