A new bill in Congress would give foreign students who graduate from U.S. schools priority in getting an H-1B visa. The legislation also "explicitly prohibits" the replacement of American workers by visa holders. This bill, the H-1B and L-1 Visa Reform Act, was announced Thursday by its co-sponsors, U.S. Sens. Pacific gas and electric just laid off 450 employees and 800 contractors. San Francisco Business Journal reports that some of those laid off are being told to train their Indian replacements. What isn't said is that the training is required as a condition of receiving severance.

In the original press release the company said there would be no replacements and that the work for the jobs we going away. No mention was made of off shore contractors or hb1 visas.

The CPUC stopped the company about 5 years ago when they wanted to eliminate 5000 jobs. Since that time PG & Elearning only one thing - lie about your business purpose.

A new director at is the brother of the president of tata consulting in India. Aren't American great? I'm no commie but that stinks.

Finally, this isn't a new idea other utilities have tried and failed to offshore technical staff and failed.

We should have had such a law in place years ago and the literally thousands of scientists and engineers and physicians who have been trained here but were not allowed to remain here and work would have had an opportunity to contribute to our economy. Let's be honest. America's R & D industry is what has always driven our economy and it has always been dependent on immigrants.

I know a guy that can marshall 10,000 anarchist to say Fuck Donald Trump in masse.
I also know the person at City hall a huge Liberal Douche, I can call him to let the Mayor know that your anarchist are comming and if you can get a gallon of gasoline. We can make sure no police or fire department comes calling when they set a business that the Top Democrat donor owns that is hemoraging money in the middle of Nigger town. If they can burn that down, we can get insurance money, and he will donate a cut back to the Mayor's office.

Am I doing Democrat right? Am I a good Liberal now, is that how Ya'll do it? You deviant fucks!

Yeah I had to go through this when I was laid off way back then. I think with trump's support this might go through. methinks they should put a 35% tax on offshore workers too.
