Isn't Sharia anti-Abortion?

If Sharia and it's advocates are anti-abortion, how come they were allowed at the Women's March but not Christian Pro-Life groups?

Sure looks that way, only exception being life of mother:

Another example of SJWs happy to align with Islam in full hypocrisy of their other goals.

Interesting that abortion looks more likely to be banned in countries with hot weather.

But the point is true: sharia forbids abortion, yet this fact is studiously ignored by pro-Islam feminists.

Why exactly are feminists pro-Islam? I have not quite worked out the psychology behind their obvious congnitive dissonance between what feminists say they support and what they are supporting in fact.

Possibly it's that feminists actually want to be rescued from feminism by hot Middle-eastern men willing to murder random people, something Western men won't do. https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/all-about-sex/201508/why-do-women-have-rape-fantasies

Or maybe it's just that the threat of sharia still seems remote to feminists.

I am wondering if the spread of islam may be a good thing-it will be the thing that kills the feminazis. Though Islam by allowing 4 wives , creates a problem of surplus males that can't have sex-probably why there is constant warfare-to kill off the surplus males. Fat middle age men with 4 wives and 30 kids are not at the battlefront. probably the poor saps never have sex and think the only way to get women is to blow themselves up and get 72 virgins. meanwhile the fat middle age men enjoy the harems-while riling up the young ones to kill themselves off?

There's definitely a "I want to be taken care of" part of Feminism that belies their "strong, independent person" line.

For example, single women with high 5 or 6 figure incomes demanding their BC be paid for when they drop $5 on a latte daily. It's not the trivial co-pay or whatever, but the idea that a daddy is taking care of their needs.
