EVERYONE is supposed to listen to and obey police commands. It's generally common sense to do so even if you think the cop is wrong. When you get pulled over, turn your car off and place your hands at ten and two on the steering wheel.

If the cops order you out of your car, follow their commands to exactly. No need to proclaim you are unarmed as the cops will go by what they see, not what you say. Any decent parent will advise their kid of the above regardless of race. Just one more example of a biased media attempting to divide the American people.
