Good, even SoCal is getting flooded. Now if they could just hang on to some of that water instead of letting it all just flow to the ocean.
Will all this free water from the sky reduce my water bill for the rest of the year?

No! We're still paying for the Katrina and Willma rate increases from the huricane damage.
It never went back down. Then just last year, the new clean energy act our bills went up another 20%.
