It looks like an emotionally disturbed man pretending that he's a woman and a mother because he sad that he cannot give birth and breastfeed a baby. So he's indulging in a fantasy that could never be made real. It's what used to be called unhealthy behavior.
No one is born with everything they want: riches, great looks, strength, intelligence, charisma, athletic or performance art talents. You have to make due with what you have and develop the gifts you have.
1. Have the courage to change what you can.
2. Have the serenity to accept what you cannot change.
3. Have the wisdom to tell the difference between the two.
Some people just fail at number three. They aren't harming anyone but themselves. Unfortunately, engaging in a delusion, any delusion, just makes you miss out on what's real in life. And life is just too damn short to waste time on illusions and fantasies. That's why the above image is sad.
Also, is there a reason I can't add a picture to my post?
@WorkInProgress what goes wrong when you try to add a picture to your post?

Mostly used as a pronoun, but not out of the question as an adjective or adverb...
Can someone tell me what this is?
