As a liberal, I believe in equality under law and that means everyone has to obey the same exact laws. That includes immigrants, the police, senators, and sitting presidents. No one is above the law.
Exactly. We should not have selective law enforcement or favoritism by government in any way.
This is one reason that we should forbid government from counting or classifying citizens by race, the same way it's forbidden in France.

The 14th Amendment makes it illegal. Unfortunately, the courts don't give a damn about the Constitution or rights. They are only concern with what is convenient for the courts and the government.
