It's really tough exporting them north faster than you import them from the south. It upsets the balance of crime.

This happens all over latin america.
I lived in Panama for 6 months. They had no problem w mexicans, as they were on a level economic status as Panama... but heaven forbid they let too many of those darn Colombians in the country.
I still employ 2 developers and an admin there. One of my developers is a political refugee from Venezuela. Panama requires that he show proof of gainful employment AND proof that he is paying his apt rent every month... or they send him back.

When Guatemala sends its people to Mexico, they're not sending their best. They're not sending you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.
