These things are recorded by both sides for future reference if details are forgotten.

Anybody think either House of Congress will ask or just ignore the offer?

Maybe the NYT or WaPo can ask for them?

What do you think Congress/MSM will do about the Transcript?

1. Ignore
2. Say "FAKE TRANSCRIPTS BY PERFIDIOUS RUSSIA! RUSSIA! RUSSIA!"
3 Actually ask for and report on them without heavy breathing and narrative twisting.

There will be countless other highly imprudent things Trump does in the next couple months. Congress, the media and the people aren't going to be able to keep track of them all. So who knows. Congress may more or less have forgotten about all of this in a matter of weeks.

Not likely. It sounds like Comey will be testifying before Congress in a public session so this isn't going away anytime soon.

The important thing to watch is how Republicans in Congress are reacting. You are already seeing the moderates changing their tune--there is a tipping point where the majority of Congress will abandon Trump and I suspect that we're not too far away from it.

Nah that is just the corporate repubs doing what they did before the election-to keep the gravy train rolling.

Are you kidding? Trump IS the gravy train. Please tell me one thing, anything, he has done that is contrary to corporate repubs? Reducing corporate tax rate? check. Getting rid of the estate tax? check. Gutting Wall St. regulations? check.

Trump is 100% bought and owned by corporate interests. Every decision, every action has been to benefit corporations and the 1%.

Because they do better if the U.S. as we know it is allowed to continue existing. Not to mention the rest of the planet, and future generations that might benefit from the wealth they accumulate.

Who cares? We don't have to infer what he might do. We can see what he has done so far. Look at the budget Trump proposed. Look at the healthcare plan Trump proposed. They are both HUGE gifts to the Republican Establishment and the 1%. Look at all the regulations he has gutted. It's a corporate wet dream.
