A few countries send almost all of the spam I have to deal with, so I entirely banned them in the source code for this site:

In the database I have which maps IP addresses to countries, it's "Viet Nam".

That open source GEO database is the shit.
I always whip it out and work it into City State, Country auto complete in Enterprise projects.
