Basically, it's the Paul Ryan budget.

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/05/22/us/politics/trump-budget-cuts.html?_r=0

It calls for an increase in military spending of 10 percent and spending more than $2.6 billion for border security — including $1.6 billion to begin work on a wall on the border with Mexico — as well as huge tax reductions and an improbable promise of 3 percent economic growth.

To compensate, the package contains deep cuts in entitlement programs that would hit hardest many of the economically strained voters who propelled the president into office. Over the next decade, it calls for slashing more than $800 billion from Medicaid, the federal health program for the poor, while slicing $192 billion from nutritional assistance and $272 billion over all from welfare programs. And domestic programs outside of military and homeland security whose budgets are determined annually by Congress would also take a hit, their funding falling by $57 billion, or 10.6 percent.

The plan would cut by more than $72 billion the disability benefits upon which millions of Americans rely. It would eliminate loan programs that subsidize college education for the poor and those who take jobs in government or nonprofit organizations.

To all the people who thought Trump would protect the impoverished, uneducated, white manual laborer that was being left behind by globalization, you were wrong. Trump has made it clear that he wants a banana republic of haves and have nots, and you and your family are the have nots.

To all the people who voted for Hillary in the primary because you wanted a woman, even a despicable one in office, that you were willing to risk a Trump presidency just to attempt to get her in office, well, there are consequences for that stupid decision. Your self-interests would have been far better served by Bernie Sanders than Hillary Clinton, and because you betrayed the man who was fighting the hardest for you, now you have all three branches of the government fighting against you. Good luck with that. Learn this lesson well or you'll have 7.6 more years of it. Oh, and Trump's budget will be in effect even longer than that unless you put dozens of Bernies in the senate and hundreds in the house.

Elections have consequences, and everyone who is not at least upper-middle class is going to be experiencing a hell of a lot of pain. Wake up and start voting for good policy makers rather than identity politics symbols. The white man named Bernie was the guy you needed in office, not a woman, not a black man, not a transgender. Bernie fought for your civil rights, for programs to take you out of poverty, and for transparency in government. But god forbid you vote for a candidate with a heterosexual white penis. Well, you still got that, but you got one that doesn't give a shit about you. Learn the lesson as painful as it is, or you will repeat it. Bernie's looking pretty damn good right now, isn't he?

It's clear who would have won.

That 3.2 pt lead manage to get Hillary the popular vote. Too bad it doesn't count. A 10.4 pt lead would have gotten her the electoral vote, which is all that counts.

But hey, maybe I'm wrong. Run a black, lesbian, tri-gendered, post-op trannie in the next election, and let's see what happens. Maybe identity politics will work that time around. At least it will keep you from having to deal with the issues.
