Otto Warmbier was arrested in N.Korea in 2016 for being a foreigner that did some relatively minor mischief, then got terribly mistreated and/or medically neglected by his captors, and ended up dying as a result.

I feel terribly for him and his family.

Some unnamed foreigner that happened to be in Afghanistan in 2003, and maybe did nothing wrong at all, was captured by local bounty hunters and delivered (sold) to American military that had offered a reward for any "foreign fighter" captured. The unnamed foreigner was tortured, terribly mistreated and eventually imprisoned in Guantanamo Bay without trial. Maybe he died, maybe he was driven insane by torture of various kinds. Maybe he is still there.

I likewise feel terribly for this person and his family.

When will the US stop believing that "we are the good guys", all the while doing the same or worse acts as "the bad guys". When will the US hold itself to the same standard they hold other people?

What's Trump done about captive Americans in N.Korea?
Nothing in six months for these Americans.
