It's their regular schedule, and it will take time for the arguments to be fully briefed. The hasty initial implementation of the ban resulted in hasty litigation, and quick answers are not always correct answers. Also, consider the repurcussions if an attack occurred during summer recess.

All of this litigation involves only a temporary restraining order blocking a 90-day travel ban affecting only a short list of countries. I don't know yet whether the final SCOTUS decision in this particular case will help or hurt. The per curiam opinion let stand parts of the order, but only three of nine said they would have left the whole thing. Given the copiously documented nexus between Islam and terrorism, I would feel more confident of an actual Muslim ban based on evidence of what Islam says and does around the world including here. Without officially banning Islam, the administration might have to explain why a non-Muslim Syrian who has lived in Britain for 10 years is more dangerous than a British Muslim who went to Syria to join the Islamic State.

Moldova: perhaps pro-Russian separatists in Transnistria acting up. Belarus, Latvia, Czech republic: probably some crazy environmentalist stuff which does not kill anyone but still is considered terrorism, or local Mafia "razborki". People who created the map should have had "killed in terror acts" instead of "terror attack". An environmentalist driving a spike in a tree to prevent it from being cut down is also considered a terrorist while the motivation is very different.

Edit: now that I think about it, Belarus had 2 deadly terror attacks in its subway - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_Minsk_Metro_bombing.
