Hi guys,

I'm looking for some data that I can't seem to find. Given that there are a lot of real estate savvy folks here on Patnet, I thought I'd try here.

I'm trying to understand what % of Bay Area (and National) residential real estate is either rental or second home as opposed to owner occupied.

Does anyone know where I can get this info?
