Yes, the overwhelming negativity of the mainstream press shows that they have abandoned journalism.

I really enjoy the way Trump keeps tweaking their noses and the fact that they cannot block him.

Syria/Foreign Policy:
To date coasting on Obama policy to win the remaining engagements. Have no plan for the struggles for control of Iraq and Syria about to take place. Ceded control and oversight to generals who ramped up the war to this ...

On the TPP:
Political win, lose on trade, now going to borrow it for NAFTA

Crack down on human trafficking:
What new policy effort has Trump initiated to do this? Answer: none.
Reauthorizing a continuation of policies by voice vote doesn't mean you made some HISTORIC new direction here. You kept long standing programs going.

Paris Climate Deal:
"Nothing"? It is unity of will to do something as a coalition of nations. The nations staying in are now doubling down on their commitments to reduce emissions and putting together actions. Individuals states in the US are as well. The person who is left out of this is Trump himself. California is relishing at the chance to fly in the face of the Fed over this and is pushing extremely hard in alternative energy much to the dismay of the Fed/fossil fuel industry.

Ending PC:
If ending PC means not lying, oops, Trump is one of the biggest liars we have had in office to date. What really ending PC is about is a cultural smugness in liberalism that people don't like. With Trump though, this PC rhetoric it is cover to destroy diplomatic norms, embrace anti-intellectualism, and destroy careful intelligent speech on issues that matter to people. Being a jackass doesn't make you a straight shooter. It makes you a jackass.

The only thing standing between you, me, and zero critics of the President at all, are all those "centralized" news sources he rails against. FOX and Breitbart do not make a 4th estate. They are propaganda arms of the Republican party itself. News subscriptions way up. People now highly engaged and very concerned over what our President is doing.

... and ends with ... "media is controlling you" and "war mongers are freaking out". Uh, no. Students of history are, as our Democracy has been very badly damaged here and anyone looking, as he is advocating, is watching a President and American policy which retrenches from the world. This will cost us dearly in the long run. Very bad things are happening right now in Africa, the ME, and South America. Things we are not involved in because our leader is weak, cannot lead, has a horrible ineffective administration, doesn't care about policy, and cannot message to save his life.

Talk to people in Africa he says? Yes. Please do. Ask Africa about our new State Department funding shortfalls and policies toward the region. Ask Mattis. When you suck at diplomacy. When you remove your diplomatic presence. When you make the world and situations worse: Mattis is exactly right. You better arm us to the teeth. There will be a huge amount of increased conflict coming.

The Housing Trap
You're being set up to spend your life paying off a debt you don't need to take on, for a house that costs far more than it should. The conspirators are all around you, smiling to lure you in, carefully choosing their words and watching your reactions as they push your buttons, anxiously waiting for the moment when you sign the papers that will trap you and guarantee their payoff. Don't be just another victim of the housing market. Use this book to defend your freedom and defeat their schemes. You can win the game, but first you have to learn how to play it.
