Maybe what would kill the realtor scam is publicizing how sellers realtors block or "misplace" the highest bid if the bidder's realtor is not from their own agency.

Fake a phone conversation where you're giving advice to the other party to use the Title Lawyer to buy the house and close don't use Realtors they are worthless scum, and probably Liberals too!
Then just revel in the looks they will throw you.
I can't even enjoy my morning coffee without these vermin coming into the store.
Sitting at the table next to me, they are discussing how to improve their online image. Here is a suggestion for them.
