Have you ever seen female prisoners? Talk about CRAZEEE and aggressive. I think the problem would be keeping them from sexually harassing the guards rather than vice versa. I can't see how the guards would ever NEED to rape anybody in there if that was what they were after.

Of course, it doesn't mean the female prisoners are above exploiting the current feminist climate to level rape accusations for advantage.

Well, the guards have raped and sexually assaulted many female prisoners repeatedly. No matter how astonishing this fact is, it is still a fact, and it's a problem that needs to immediately stop. The guards who do this need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This is not a civil matter. It is a criminal matter. All civil suits should be filed against the individual guards and the prison. Payments should come from the paychecks of the guards and their pension funds, not the general tax payers. More importantly, there should be prison time served by the rapists.

Body cameras on all guards at all times. Videos accessible by the public.

Until law enforcement "police" their own,I would not help a cop if they were bleeding to death.
One must not interfere with LEOs when they are in the line of duty, simply speaking to a cop can get one arrested in an unstable situation.

Until law enforcement "police" their own,

No organization is capable of policing itself. This problem is solved in the scientific community by having many reputable organizations police each other. If any organization publishes bullshit, they are immediately called out by everyone else. Reputation keeps organizations in check.

For government backed crimes, we need an independent court system for prosecuting and trying police, lawyers, and judges. Police should always be wearing body cameras as well as cameras on their tasers and guns. The real-time feed should be saved permanently and accessible to the public, including prisoners. We should crowdsource reviewing the videos to prisoners. They have the incentive to catch bad cops. When a prisoner, or a member of the public, sees a crime in the video, they flag it.

False flagging is not a problem because you can detect that and adjust the flagger's reputation and use that in scoring the video for review by the prosecutors.
