We can do both at the same time. Fix our problems at home, and work towards fixing the Islamic problem. The Islamic problem has actually become our problem at home.

What is the big hold up on working to fix the domestic problems?

What I've learned over time is that for people that suck at getting anything done, it's best to start slow and realistic. In this case, that means put The deserts from halfway across the globe, and their savages, on the back burner. Focus the energy on taking some more simple tasks to completion here at home. Make this country great again, so it's worth saving, before getting all riled up to send someone else's children off to the unwinnable wars.

I don't know. Maybe the problems are too immense and complicated to solve right away. Both parties are at fault here.
