It started with a WhatsApp message that read like an answer to the prayers of thousands of immigrants fearing deportation by President Trump.

Canada wanted them, it promised — a revelation that filled Haitians across the United States with hope and helped to encourage an exodus to the north.

There was just one problem: the information was false. Nonetheless thousands of Haitians living legally in the US have crossed into Canada over the past two months rather than risk being sent back to their Caribbean island.

They have quickly discovered the immigration criteria are less forgiving than they had been led to believe

Canada fully meant it, when they said they open their borders to immigrants fleeing America for a Political point.

Haitians are a non issue political point.

The International community made up their minds that Haitians don't count in anything, when those African Savages ousted the French Nobility from their island.
Haiti has been condemned to fend for themselves and tolerate Carpetbaggers there to exploit them ever since.

Had African Muslims and Illegal Mexicans made their way to Canada's border they would have welcomed them.
Like they are doing now. Haitians no, the French Canadians hate that they are considered French speakers.
