N.K. flying machines can only travel 25 miles at 40 mph,round trip.
It could be bad if N.K. had aero planes.
Surely N.K. doesn't have phosphorus.
Seoul's Fire Dept will be able to extinguish every fire,immediately,no matter the cause.
There's much,much more if one has ever had a high security clearance.
Their fire fighting ability is as good as NY on 9/11. Those airliners weren't designed to cause maximum destruction.
