I own a condo in Mary Esther, FL.. It is paid for, but the past few months I have gotten behind on the association dues. ($2100 including lawyer fees). The assoc. has put a lien on it and threatening foreclosure. I need to know how this works as I know nothing about it. How long or how quick is it possible for my home to be sold out from my feet?
Just pay the dues or sell the condo.
