Really. They need to be wasting more millions on scholarships for illegal aliens, bumping student spots for ghetto moms above achievers, transgender studies, and re-writing ethnic history to reflect current politically correct fashion. Better yet, a Department of Transgender Ethnic Studies with dreadlocked professors puffing on fatties.
