The Coast Guard will never be cut. They'll move from agency to agency. I wouldn't be surprised if some point in our History be belong to the Department of the Coat Guard.
Presidents disbands departments all the time. They don't kill existing security forces, they move them around. If anything, Trump will probably create a new Security Force/Agency before he would end any Armed force/Domestic Defense and Rescue/Investigator or Police agencies.
