Hey hard working middle class guys want a new ranch house in a new middle class neighborhood on at least 7Ksqft lot? Sorry that's affordable houses for low income people. we don't have those in the $175 to 250K price range. You have to go out west in the swamp and buy a $500K townhouse with a 0 property line, and pay $400 a month maintenance fees.
