Small but important win for father's rights

There are news articles on this but it's probably more fun just to watch the video. Also NEVER fuck something like this.

I guess it all depends on where you stand on an individual's right to determine what goes into their body and the bodies of their underage children.

Yeah fuck the father. How DARE he claim to have underage children! How DARE a woman be forced to live up to promises made on a court order SHE SIGNED!!!

All women deserve 100% power and 0% responsibility all the time. No exceptions.

Wow, finally a judge that recognizes child has 2 parents and doesn't treat father like an unwanted accident.

Bravo!!!

Thanks for sharing iwog.

Great judge. That woman is a hyper-entitled criminal.

Speaking of good judges, last week there were people out in front of grocery stores collecting signatures to force a recall election for Judge Aaron Persky, of the BrockTurner (Stanford U) attempted rape case and sentencing. I was asked to sign. My response was "hell no".

I probably should have watched the entire video. I stand corrected.

Being manipulative and insane, I'll bet she's amazing in bed.

Why is this a win for fathers?

Because she's a well known left wing activist.

An acknowledgment by a judge no less that a father has rights to the minor child and that a woman should not be believed just because she is a woman-facts matter?

Anyone who dares spend a little time in family court would be appalled by what goes on there. It really is a star chamber of injustice for men where several women get together and using "the good of the child" rationalization, give the mother nearly anything she wants.

When we handled family law cases, we had an ex-wife who broke into our client's home three times. Each time she stole property specifically listed on the divorce petition as belonging to the husband. Each time we sought a contempt of court judgement which was quickly denied by a female judge. Around the same time we had a client who was desperately fighting a sexual abuse allegation. The ex-wife alleged that our client gave an infant child a bath and washed his private parts too long. The disgusting bush pig was awarded full custody and the father was given 1 hour of supervised visitation per month.

If anyone wants to know why I am such a strong advocate for men's rights despite being happily married since 1992, it's because of my experience watching the mechanics of family court up close. Most of the mediators are gender studies SJW types and the judges typically follow the mediator's suggestions without fail. There is no justice for men in America. The discrimination is simply horrendous and it's one of the reasons our law office doesn't take family law cases anymore.

Iwog, how much of family court proceedings are open to the public? I've been toying with the idea of spending a day in family court to see what really goes on, but I had gotten the impression that a lot of the proceedings are held in secret (closed to the puiblic).

Go watch. It will either be boring or shocking depending on the judge and what kind of circus attends court that day.

Certain trials and proceedings may be closed to the public if a minor child is involved however usually they are open.
