First they came for the Nazis, and I did not speak out because I was not a Nazi

Sure, sounds funny and ironic. Who could possibly defend the Nazis?

Yet there is truth in it. It is about the cowardice of American intellectuals following the leftists' rise to power and subsequent purging of their chosen targets, group after group.

Last time I checked all three branches of the federal government, 68% of the governers, and 64% of statehouses were controlled by conservative republicans. Did I miss something really big that happened while I was at the movies tonight? If this is rising to power then what does one call losing?

Trump's biggest accomplishment has undoubtedly been the mainstreaming of special snowflakes that feel unjustly treated even when they are given special treatment. And by this, I mean almost all Trump supporters.

Just sayin that it's not a good sign when some category of infidel can simply be erased from public discourse. It's a sign of things to come, and people of intellectual courage should be protesting and organizing boycotts on behalf of the banned Nazis. Yes, you read that right.

The ACLU did have the courage to do it back in 1977:

We seem to have lost our principles since then.

They just marched last night in Charlottesville. Who is being erased?

Would you feel the same if ISIS wanted to march in San Francisco?

Lets look at CA.... Democratic left wing everything, and everything is falling apart. Healthcare, housing, homelessness through the roof, cost of living high, poverty everywhere, schools are total shit, recent water shortages... but of course Democrats who are in charge blame "Republicans" who are not in charge of the state, and idiots like you fall for it! I have no words to describe this, no words, other than the word "gullible".

ISIS advocates murder of all unbelievers who refuse to submit, exactly as Islam teaches them to do.

The Daily Stormer was explicitly opposed to violence:

We here at the Daily Stormer are opposed to violence. We seek revolution through the education of the masses. When the information is available to the people, systemic change will be inevitable and unavoidable.
Anyone suggesting or promoting violence in the comments section will be immediately banned, permanently.

You may question their sincerity in that disclaimer, but the ticket to discussion should be condemnation of violence, and they possessed that ticket, and yet were shut down anyway.

If so-called moderate Muslims want to publicly march in San Francisco, I would actually defend their right to do so given that they publicly renounced violence.

Doesn't work that way. Either you support the right or you don't. You can't pick and choose which you like. That makes you no better than antifa.
9   Patrick   2017 Oct 8, 8:15pm

Yes, I can pick and choose by whether the group is violent or not.

Antifa is violent. Therefore they should be banned.

Wrong. They have the right to be heard. They don't have the right to be violent while expressing their views. That's a police matter to handle it, not your choice. Either you believe in free speech or you don't.

Bob do you not see how violence just creates more violence? It's not for us helpless citizens to put up and cry while waiting for government to come to our rescue us. We are Americans, anyone tries to attack us, we fight right back. That's freedom! Antifa is throwing the first punch quite often, they are in the wrong.

The particular website claims to be non violent.

The point is that we have a few corporations dictating what we are and are not allowed to read, and they have significant power in that regard.

That's not a good thing. How would you feel if there were a coordinated blackout of news about BLM by corporations?

I disagree that they have significant power and are dictating anything. Bass and McGee have no trouble finding media outlets that parrot what they want to see/promote.

I find it much more concerning that we have one political party in Absolute control over our government, dictating what we are allowed to do with our bodies and our lives. Even worse, this party has greatly disrespected our country, flag, Constitution, and military, by allowing their religion to dictate policy.
18   FortWayne   2017 Oct 10, 8:34am

California has legalized gay marriage, pot, transgender bullshit is taught in schools as a virtue...
Their policies so far created widespread poverty and homelessness, high taxes, hepatitis outbreak, water shortage...

I do think Democrats monopoly has been bad for us here in California.

How do you figure?

Why are you constantly going on about gays and trans people? It’s all you ever talk about
20   joeyjojojunior   2017 Oct 10, 8:54am

You didn't know that the gays cause droughts?
21   anonymous   2017 Oct 10, 9:05am

@patrick, so to summarize your position is that when at or near monopoly, an entity must give a voice to every idea, no matter how potentially harmful or destructive to mankind (ie my mass sterilization hypothetical) it may be. Is this correct?
22   anonymous   2017 Oct 10, 9:31am

At least Patrick is doing what he can to shine light on the Alt-Right, and their stated mission to handle The Jew Problem, and sanitize this country of all the non-whites

That's not what liberals think. Here's what we think. The only way to protect your rights is to protect everybody else's rights. Power corrupts. The more power a government has and the less accountability, the worst it will treat its citizens. People should be allowed to do whatever they want as long as they aren't infringing upon other people's rights, but they should not be allowed to infringe on other people's rights no matter what kind of silly hat they wear.

The tolerance of intolerance leads only to Islam über alles.
