Doesn't logic suggest some kind of world government is inevitable and necessary ?

Do you really think that proliferation of nuclear weapons can continue forever without some highest level power keeping things in check ? Won't we eventually need global laws against terrorism, pollution and over fishing of the oceans, human trafficking, killing endangered species (etc). How is this not obvious ? That is laws that are enforced by some Global entity ?

Change is and has been happening quickly. It will be happening even more quickly one way or the other. How is that contained, and or controlled in a way so as not lead to human extinction ? Certainly our current government doesn't seem to have a plan (other than fighting against the politically correct folks who like to imagine humanity flourishing) .

I guess in some worlds, logic is Satan ?

I don't know what is more frightening, having a world government with executive and legislate powers, or the scary thought that the good old US of A is the world government.

In other words, be careful what you wish for. I much prefer international treaties to having a world government and a world police.

United Nations is actually a pretty good model for how things should work, but unfortunately the US miltarists thinks UN is their bitch, and use UN as a tool to justify actions to bully and kill people all over the world.

If a country cannot remain united, how can
