Flynn has been turned into a kneeling, slobbering, blubbering mass of random confession by the Torquemada's of prosecution. He even confessed to not washing his hands after peeing in the restroom. He confessed that he was the one who ejaculated on Lewinsky's dress.

If you read the full details here, you'll see Flynn walks away from this by January first and the whole investigation is over.

If Mueller had anything Flynn would be pleaing out on Conspiracy charges. He lied, you can't charge someone because someone else lied. Especially a self confessed Liar that pled guilty to it. This is the dumbest thing I've ever hear of. Mueller's star witness Ace in the Hole is now a known Liar. Never has a Liar won the prosecution a case.
It's why Gloria Albright's Attention Whore's story is falling apart. She has a lifetime history of lying.

Didn't the FBI clear Flynn of any wrongdoing months ago?

Ah, they got him on the tyrannical catch all, "Lying to a Federal Agent", which includes misremembering or forgetting things unintentionally but which a prosecutor will try to put an evil face on.

Pathetic!!

Here's what happened:

Flying was shown two indictments:

The first one is the one that would have up on charges he knows would have easily been proven true and would have sent him away for decades to be raped by neonazi serial killers. It would have been delivered by a junior investigative assistant, probably a fresh-faced lady who chuckles easily, who would review the charges with Flynn and his attorney and then punctuate the meeting by offering them the latest copy of Brides magazine.

The confection you site above likely was delivered by Meuller who would ask the attorney and Flynn to read it before asking them if they ever wondered what it would feel like to have to have to shit through an asshole that is filled with neonazi cock 24/7 for the rest of their lives.

Lemme get this straight.

Trump's National Security Advisor had a conversation with Russia to get them NOT to impose sanctions on the USA or at least moderate the ones they were planning, which he misremembered to or perhaps even lied to the FBI about.

So he's being charged for allegedly lying to the FBI about having a conversation where planned sanctions on the US were reduced by his efforts.

Let that sink in.

I hope Mueller is offering Manafort a break for testifying about the organization he subcontracted work for, Podesta Group. Trump must pardon Flynn.

What "sanctions on US"? They have no power to do any harm to US via sanctions. Let THAT sink in. So whatever that lying whore was negotiating for was not to the benefit of US, and he knew it. And that's why he lied.

And he had that conversation AFTER Trump won the election. So the national security advisor (during the President elects pre-planning for office) was having a conversation with other countries (which is his job) during the transition period.

YUP.

What is going on today? The Tax Vote.

Flynn should have refused to talk to the FBI, period. Since when does the FBI ask Natn'l Security Advisors who they spoke to and why?

Anybody think it's routine for the FBI to ask inner circle security/foreign policy advisors about who they spoke to and what was discussed? That's begging for leaks and politicking.

But who knows, maybe there is some 5D chess here. Flynn's testimony ends up validating Trump and making the Democrat-Neocon alliance uncomfortable.

This Statue (1001) is the most dangerous law enacted in recent years. It's a catch-all used when they don't have anything better to charge someone with. It's actually what Martha Stewart was also sent to jail for - not Insider trading, which couldn't be proved. This law says ANYTHING you say to any government agent, could be interpreted as a falsehood, and you get charged. Read more here: http://corporate.findlaw.com/litigation-disputes/how-to-avoid-going-to-jail-under-18-u-s-c-section-1001-for-lying.html
The only solution is "I refuse to be interviewed." If they want to pursue the matter, they'll have to subpoena you. Then you can speak through you lawyer or take the fifth. It's really the only safe route.

In the Flynn Case, I'll wager he was coerced into cooperating because they threatened his son with prosecution. If this was the Mafia, it would be heinous. But, hey, it's the government, so it's all ok!!

I can assure you that it means that justice is served and even the most powerful have to obey the law. It also means that our constitution has checks and balances and it has weathered one of the biggest constitutional storm in the history of USA. I put this time after the civil war, World war I and II and emancipation act

No, it is the least severe charge of numerous charges they could have leveled at Flynn. That was a purposeful choice, not because of lack of evidence, but part of Flynn pleading out. It's because bigger fish comes Mueller's way, thanks to Flynn's cooperation.

My read is we are two or three steps from Trump now. Late 2018 to early/mid 2019 ... as a random shot at charges against Trump ... if he doesn't implode first.

It must be scary as shit being in the Trump admin. You leak like a sieve, daggers and infighting all over, a leader who will throw you under the bus to save himself without a second thought, and you are being investigated by a stone cold operation that at best leaks 24 hours or less, before it charges people.

Flynn caught the entire administration flat-footed. No clue it was happening.

:)

Wow, months and months of Russia, Russia, Russia and all that there is, is Flynn lying to the FBI about his Obama-approved foreign policy discussions that ALL transition teams do. 18 US 1001, or as Dershowitz calls it, "Political Jaywalking".

Nice trap, but it only caught a few drops of blood and fur in the end.

Time for Mueller to wrap it up, and for Congress to investigate McCabe and Strzok's role in this Investigation and in the Clinton Emails. Federal Officials cannot treat Congress with Contempt.

We can't be tolerating lying, politicized law enforcement and intel admins like we did with Clapper and Obama.

You mean--they let Flynn cop down to "jaywalking" in return for his help to nail the bigger fish. They clearly had much, much more on him and his son.

Be patient McGee--these investigations take time. Usually several years.

Trump will spend that time appointing many more conservative judges, undoing Obama regulations, lowering taxes, enforcing immigration laws and hopefully drastically reforming our welfare and entitlements.

All the while we watch the Democrats major propaganda arms (Hollywood and Media) implode before our eyes in a tsunami of sexual harassment scandals.

I still maintain we are just watching a Greek tragedy unfold. Trump lost the day he won.

However, I am amazed that the USA has reached such a state that roughly 30% of the population welcomes direct intervention in our democracy by foreign powers. When I was younger we had a name for such people.

It’s worse than you think. They’re called “Democrats” and they welcome the foreign meddling, politician bribing, corporation buying and influencing Arab state called Saud. It bought Twitter and is slowly banning anyone with a conservative opinion (apart from the POTUS who is their main draw). It gave Hillary $25 million for her campaign and gave her much more for her pet “charity.” It actively courts and bribes our politicians and bureaucrats, and Democrats fall all over themselves to slobber on Saudi knob.

It’s disgraceful! Thanks for pointing that out!

I can be patient too. I'd much rather a bumbling, incoherent Trump in the White House getting nothing done and alienating more and more people with each tweet, than a President Pence. Hell, Trump and an investigation that drags on or years would be the gift that keeps on giving as Trump would continue to melt down dragging the Republican party down with him. I'm rooting for this investigation to slow play and finally charge him in 2020.

Outside of some mixed results in real-estate, and a TV show, the only thing I can see is he has managed to persuade about 25%+ of the US population of his mythological like status. You appear to be one of those enthralled.

Your statement, above, is so hyperbolic. There are literally thousands of people more influential to the world, the US, and frankly, more successful in business, than Trump.
