Interesting. Thanks posting.
So we go from inner city ghettos to suburban ghettos.

Read the article. Neither rents nor home prices have increased much. Ghettos are always a bad investment.

America's a ghetto. The two gangs,Republicans & Democrats, have taken over the neighborhood & they have ruined it for everyone else.

LOL. Those two gangs are bent on destroying each other. To be honest, the "R" gang paved our street with gold this year. The "D" gang just made potholes.

Ha ha ha. Bob can have them all. No one else wants them.
Except, these ghetto homes are not $50,000, but $300,000. Even ghetto homes in California deserts are outrageously priced.

By the way, I support ghettos. Criminals and low life's have to live somewhere. May as well live in a gated community built just for them. We most certainly don't want them around normal people.

The Housing Trap
You're being set up to spend your life paying off a debt you don't need to take on, for a house that costs far more than it should. The conspirators are all around you, smiling to lure you in, carefully choosing their words and watching your reactions as they push your buttons, anxiously waiting for the moment when you sign the papers that will trap you and guarantee their payoff. Don't be just another victim of the housing market. Use this book to defend your freedom and defeat their schemes. You can win the game, but first you have to learn how to play it.
