... and work on Locking Her Ass Up!

WASHINGTON – As part of a crackdown on legal marijuana, the Justice Department is set to roll back an Obama administration policy to not challenge state laws that allow people to use pot for medical and recreational uses an official familiar with matter said Thursday.

The move represents a dramatic shift in marijuana enforcement policy. The official, who is not authorized to comment publicly ahead of a formal announcement, said details of the new policy to reverse a 2013 Obama administration directive of non-interference would be outlined later Thursday.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has long signaled his disagreement with the previous administration's stance on pot, which did not challenge state laws, as long as marijuana sales did not conflict with federal law enforcement policies.

The Obama policy, which represented a major breakthrough by advocates for the decriminalization of marijuana use, did not change marijuana's classification as an illegal drug. But it effectively discouraged the pursuit of non-violent marijuana users who have no links to criminal gangs or cartel operations.

We live in a world were local Judges can thwart the President's lawful actions but allow the Attorney General to enforce his own set of laws independent of the voter's voice.
Starting to think Bannon was full of shit when he vouched for Session's when he left office. And something else, Preibus remains the best menche out of the whole lot of staffers Trump brought in with him.

Prebius really was the biggest hero of the 2016 election. Another RNC President would have pulled a Debbie Wasserman Shultz and shit all over the American Primaries. They've been doing it for Fucking years. Priebus was the one that put his foot down and said "Fuck NO!" he entertained every Scumbag in Washington with a straight face and told them "Fuck You! You piece of Shit, the people have spoken!" He even sent the three Bushies slinking back to the bowels of Hell they crawled out of. After they tried to thwart the lawfully elected Republican candidate.

All stuff to consider when we're primarying the Republican Cocksuckers and Liberal Filth in the Primaries.

The timing of Sessions doing this as well reeks.

Every time Trump beats back opposition and starts making the least bit of headway, Sessions does shit to muddy up the waters. This has been a rock solid pattern of his, to hinder and impede the President at every turn. Starting to think he could very well end up in the Paddy Wagon as well. He does seem to have a hatred for Trump winning.

Many of us had a huge problem with Trump’s picks for his cabinet. Sessions was one of the worst, and remains negligent of pursuing the worst criminals (Clintons) while pursuing the least criminals (potheads). If Trump isn’t careful to reign in Sessions, this could turn his base against him and he can kiss his chances of a second term goodfuckingbye!

Self imposed lobotomy is not such a bad prescription for the general populace. Hail Pot!

Trump probably should fire Sessions too. I mean we all know Trump surrounds himself with good and loyal people but I guess one guy slipped through the cracks.
