Because it never was sold out, it got dismal reviews, which Amazon deleted because they knew the 10,000 of thousands of negative reviews was more than the 100's of copies sold. They leaked it online, to get it read by more people. But instead people used to confirm the Book is full of shit. Now Google has killed the link.
