You should try being honest about this. It’s not the Liberals. This is as Republican of a system as it gets.

ACA was written by the Republicans. Which is the reason they won’t do anything other than blow hot air about repeal and replace

Trump and his Republican crew don’t want to Make America Great Again (whatever that’s supposed to mean). They want to screw you over and take all your money

"In March 2010, the U.S. House voted 219 to 212 for Obamacare. 34 House Democrats and all of the House Republicans voted against Obamacare. The NO votes were the only bipartisan votes. President Obama signed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) on March 23, 2010.Nov 20, 2013"

Not only was this disaster only voted for by D's, all the bipartisan votes also went no.

ACA Care = RomneyCare

You have no right to talk about health care. Blame your problems (being out $35,000) on who caused them then you can start talking. You still don't want to admit you got screwed by insurance companies and the republicans in your state that let the insurance companies screw you. It had nothing to do with the ACA but I guess in your eyes it's easier to blame the black man.

Does that make you racist?

If Obama had cut the corporate tax rate to zero all the republicans would have voted against it just because Obama proposed it.

Actually most liberals want a health care system like every other civilized 1st world country that delivers quality outcomes at 1/2 the price.

Uhh....

spends more than 2X per capita.

That's exactly the problem. 2x per capita cost and extreme wait times, and rationing. So much so the UK just got rid of their 18 week surgery guarantee.

Err, I think you need to check your facts before you post - it’s the US with the vastly higher expenditure - 17.2% of gdp vs 9.7%. Not exactly comparing like with like. I wonder what the NHS would be like if it could double its expenditure...

US trails UK in life expectancy by almost 3 years,

This is almost entirely about personal decision making and genetics. For example, compare the life expectancy of New Hampshire to Sweden and its almost identical.

Yup. Our government spend more per capita on healthcare than any country in the world. A free market system would solve this problem... unfortunately that would never happen.

It had nothing to do with the ACA

Haha, What? The ACA is a disaster. I know from first hand experience. I wrote just under 200 ACA plans for clients during open enrollment.

I haven't looked at the rankings in a few years. Last I checked the US was ranked #1 in healthcare accessibility. However, that stat was not used in the formula for ranking healthcare systems... most likely because the powers that be wanted to rank the US below Cuba for political and power reasons.

How do you figure that? Yeah, let me see... we’ll just somehow create a market that meets all those conditions for efficient resource allocation. Sure, sure. Which industries has this happened in? How do you think it’ll be possible within health care? When these perfect conditions are inevitably NOT met by the market, you will get failure, and guess what that will mean. And much more to the point, what exactly is health care? Apparently to you, it’s a commodity to be bought and sold. To me, it is a basic right that every citizen should have, most especially in a country that can obviously afford it.

You’ll have to supply a link for that claim. You know, something like this one that ranks it equal 10th (with the UK fourth by the way):
