Why is that? We have a big bulge of retirees (25% and getting larger every day) and there is a big bulge of under 25's (35% of which 25% is under 18) which would bring the ratio down considerably from 15 years ago when all the baby boomers were employed.
It is the employment-population rate that matters, not the unemployment rate.

That is true That was the point. Black unemployment dropped on average 1.25% each year of Obama. It only dropped 1% for a year of trump. Using batshit crazy right wing nut "logic" and math blacks are worse off under trump.
