lol---now we're debating whether he said shithole or shithouse? Really?

Lindsey Graham backs up Durbin, by the way. Trump even said privately to friends that he wants it out there that he said shithole because it fires up his base. And judging by pat.net, he's obviously correct.
2   Tenpoundbass   2018 Jan 16, 9:21am

South Carolina Republican Sen. Tim Scott told The Post and Courier that Graham, who was at the meeting, told him the reported comments are "basically accurate," and Graham told the paper Monday that his "memory hasn't evolved." you should at least do some research rather than just blindly believing everything that's fed to you. That's how low information voters are created.

Two said Trump didn't say it, and a third one says Durbin has a habit of stretching the truth. The reality is Durbin and Ghram's actions are not in good faith of negotiating.
They fucked the DACA deal.

Again--the Republican senators are saying that Trump said Shithouse rather than Shithole. Is that really a distinction worth making?

Trump killed the DACA deal and it's unbelievably great news for Dems. Now they have cover and don't have to worry about not making a bad DACA deal--they can instead let Republicans fight about the budget among themselves. Dems can tell their constituents that they had a DACA deal but Trump torpedoed it. And he called your home country a shithole too, by the way.

2018 looks great.

Trump has my permission to underscore the severity of the situation to those petty snowflakes with any language he sees fit.
I don't know what you are going on about.

The curse word isn't the problem. It's the demeaning of an entire continent plus with the obvious racial undertone.

Seems kind of desperate. Lindsey Graham said he chewed him out one on one for the language he used.

The TrumpCucks need to make up their minds once and for all. Are they going to defend Trump using that kind of language to describe some countries or are they going to claim he didn't say it.

Otherwise it just seems like a desperate shotgun approach to damage control over the things Trump says.

Everyone in Congress over 60 is on record implying the same racial overtones those sanctimonious Idiots.

Besides it's all part and parcel to living in America being subject to my Presidents critique.

And that is exactly why the senators both said Durbin's statement was a "gross misrepresentation" of the truth.

Ofc CNN runs with this gross misrepresentation in any way that helps their fake news narrative.

The TDS is strong in anyone who believes this garbage.

Interesting, that this title is more of a lie, than can be inferred to be told by Durbin from the OPs linked article.

What should I conclude ?

Then both Senators are lying. Durbin's statement was completely accurate and Graham corroborates it.

The only thing the Senators dispute is whether it was shithole or shithouse. Either way the meaning of the statement is the same.

It's amazing the hoops that Trumpcucks go through to try to defend his idiocy.

Wrong again. "Gross misrepresentation" means a lot more than simple word choice mixup.HappyGilmore says

Trump denied this, as do 2 others in the room. You are choosing to believe a the 1 guy who has political motive to lie. This is called confirmation bias.

In your case the confirmation bias is strong because of the TDS.

Come back to reality (I suggest turning off CNN as a first step.)

Yes, he did. He said:

"Hutch says

And the "reported comments" in this case are Durbin's.

Exactly. That's my point. There was no "gross misrepresentation". Thanks for agreeing with me.

lol--Trump is the guy who has told 2000 lies in the first year of his Presidency. The other two guys couldn't recall for the first two days and then all of the sudden had a miracle and remembered that he said shithouse and not shithole.

Remind me what your point is again?

How does "shithole countries" become "demeaning of an entire continent"???

Mr. Trump reportedly asked, "Why are we having all these people from sh*thole countries come here?"

When you use the term to describe the countries of a particular continent as Trump did with Africa.

Hearsay vs Factual.
Factual always wins.

From the mouth of Graham (Factual):
"Following comments by the President, I said my piece directly to him yesterday," Graham said. "The President and all those attending the meeting know what I said and how I feel. I’ve always believed that America is an idea, not defined by its people but by its ideals."

From the mouth of Scott (Hearsay):
Graham, who was at the meeting, told him the reported comments are "basically accurate"

You can tell it is a desperate fake news story by simply looking at the never seen before, weird looking URL.

Trump is advocating for a merit based immigration system for people from every country in the world => not racist.

The conversation was about lottery winners. besides a simple background and employment check the lottery system is purely about country of origin =racist.

Mean words don't make trumps system racist. Sorry about your TDS

Not necessarily--it depends on how he judges "merit". A comment that he wants more people from the whitest of white countries and fewer from Africa certainly appears to be racist.

Have you finally realized that you were played by Perdue now?
