I thought "selling" the assignment of government benefits was a cherished tradition.
Anybody with common sense knows the crooked bureaucrats aren't going to stand by idly at the head of their fiefdoms and not exact taxation and exercise preference.
Section 8 is just a "get out of the ghetto free" lottery, and is there to appease the bangers that they can move into suburbia someday.
It's been known for a long time that to get MediCal problems "fixed", that certain bureaucrats need to be addressed. Standard channels and paper chasing run arounds are for suckers.
