Expensive office lease, expensive paid personell, expensive equipment, expensive insurance, expensive laboratories, expensive licensing, expensive government buttfucking, oversight and extortionate interferences of various types, expensive loss prevention, expensive education, etc. etc. Dentistry would still cost 70-80 percent or more of what it already costs even without the dentist.
