I threatened to put up a sink a T-1 and throw up a repeater give away bandwidth to my street. Got the call escalated and the bill was actually halved it after the filthy Comcast criminal cuntfarts tried to rape me with an increase that had nothing to do with any change or improvement in service.

It's a sad testimony that the only way to talk to your cable providers in the states is through raw extortion.

I don’t think I’ve been more frustrated with the customer support of any company than Comcast.

They don't really have customer support.

It's marketing with some scripts printed out for them to read to customers in distress until the customer buys something or hangs up.

When I wanted to light the cable here they kept trying to get me to pay for a truck roll. I kept badgering whoever I could get on the phone for someone who could deal with technicians since I wired NASA and took care of the telephones on the space shuttle, etc.

Amazingly, I got a phone number for the NOC in Texas and they took my MAC address and had me lit in a minute. Comcast lost their 100 bucks and certain someones didn't get their commissions for misleading a new customer.

Comcast is lucky that people in Comcast monopoly gulags aren't just popping their people and contractors off of poles.
